When we bought our first property in Scarborough we lived over an hour and a half away. We very quickly found that to run a holiday home, consistently for our guests, we needed 'boots on the ground' who would make sure that the property was ready for the guest when they arrived. But more than that. With the best will in the world, things do go amiss. Things happen that are unexpected, unpredictable. When they do guests, owners and the community need somebody to step up and help to resolve these issues. We looked, hard and found nobody. So we set out to build a business that would. Spa Properties care about getting the result that everyone wanted. That's who we are. And as an owner you can sit on the beach and relax. We will take the strain.
